A day with the pandas: A free trip to the Giant Panda Base

We at CHENGDOO citylife and GoChengdoo.com are very excited to finally announce the details of an event we've been sorting out the details of for a very long time.
Do you like pandas? Do you have a camera? Do you want the chance to win RMB10,000?
Of course you do! Read on to find out how you can.
We've teamed up with the Chengdu Culture and Tourism Group, the Tourism Bureau of Chengdu, and the Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Resarch Base to bring to our readers A Day with the Panadas, a half-day event including entrance and a tour to the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base, lunch, tea time, and a chance to take your best shots of the pandas.
Once you've snapped some black and whites, you'll be qualified to enter them in a worldwide online photography competition hosted by Panda Home, the new website of the Chengdu Culture and Tourism Group. The contest will run through till October 2012 and the winner will be chosen via online voting. The winners of this contest will receive RMB10,000 in cash (First prize RMB5,000 Second prize RMB3,000 Third prize 2,000).
And the best part is, the event is 100 percent free for the first 50 people who R.S.V.P.!

The Fine Print:
Buses depart from the Kempinski Hotel (Renmin Nan Lu) at 8 a.m. and return betweeen 3 and 4 p.m. Due to the insurance policy, we cannot accommodate children under 10 years of age for this event. We apologize for any inconvenience. In the event of heavy rain, the event will be postponed by one week. If for any reason you RSVP and must later cancel, please do so as soon as possible so we can offer you space to somebody else.
