International Language Group is seeking dynamic, resourceful and mature individual(s) to join us as a Business Development Reps in Sales & Marketing organization.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
· Responsible for developing businesses in the assigned accounts of Sales
· Identify profitable and sustainable business opportunities, develop and execute well-controlled sales plans, close new sales, cross-sell other services to existing
clients and retain existing accounts
· Proactively take part in product development initiatives and marketing activities
· Develop suitable solutions for Clients
· Work closely with the Owner's to develop high quality and
sustainable solutions that are within ILG's capability and capacity based on
Clients' needs and objectives to ensure service delivery exceeds client's
· The individuals who demonstrate a high level of ability, diligence and results will have a promising career within the group.
· At least 3 to 5 years of experience in consultative selling in a B2B/B2C environment
( international returnees preferred) 有教育行业市场销售经验和稳定客户资源者优先
· Experience in solution & education Training selling is a must
· Strong work experience and/or exposures to Marketing functions
· Capability of communication in English is a must
· Local Chinese only
3,500 RMB per month + commission & social benefits
