Try Imprint Veterinary Hospital & Spa (铭心宠物医院&水疗) near to Chengdu Shangri-La Hotel and just right opposite Waterfront, you can call 8455 3080 (receptionist doesn't speak good English ) or 1598 202 1828 (from Hong Kong and the UK)
Opening Hours: 9am to 9pm Mondays to Sundays.

I went to this vet and had a friend go to him as well. Although the doctors speak relatively good english, they didn't properly neuter my animal and now I have to get it re-done. They also almost killed my friend's cat during a simple procedure. I would avoid this vet.

The head vet is Canadian and he has properly trained his Chinese vets with North American standards of veterinary care.
