Does anyone know where to find an English-speaking doctor in Chengdu that would be available on a weekend (like this weekend)? Thanks for the help!

I know this was posted a year ago, but if anyone else finds this link while searching for a doctor, you are always welcome to come to Global Doctor clinic. Our nurses speak English, we have full time U.S. trained family medicine docs on staff (including myself) and we have a 24-hr emergency phone number. Our scheduled clinic hours are 9am-12noon and 2pm-6pm. For a higher cost we are able to open up the clinic to see patients at night and on weekends, or come to your home/hotel. We also have nurses with excellent English who are available to accompany patients to the hospital if needed. We have contracts with several insurance companies, but for people traveling through usually you will need to pay first and then we can help fill out any required paperwork for you to be reimbursed by your insurance company.
In our clinic, we offer all the typical family medicine/primary care services, such as:
- taking care of acute illness
- helping you manage chronic diseases (like diabetes or high blood pressure)
- preventive care (well adult exams including PAP smears, well child exams including immunizations, prenatal and postnatal care, etc)
- treating injuries (wound care, stiching of simple wounds, treating infections, etc).We also have a dental clinic.
