Where to buy Tramadol

- I've noticed that Tramadol (Ultram) seems to be sold OTC in some stores, while other stores require a prescription. Can we start a thread to list some of these places that don't require a prescription? I know of the pharmacy directly across from the American Consulate, can we help each other out?
  Obviously I can go to a hospital, but that is always more expensive than just buying OTC. And sometimes when I do need to buy more my hospital or pharmacy is sold out. So, I'm going to start a list, would be great if people could just add to the list. Thanks.

- Hi, I am looking for it too. Can you clarify if the pharmacy across from the US Consulate sells it otc? Thanks.
