Anyone Know a Handy-man?

I'm leaving Chengdu pretty soon, and in order to ensure I get my deposit back I'm going to need to fix up some stuff around my apartment. Firstly, my wall - my dog scratched out some of the walls out when she was a pup (not deep, maybe a couple millimeters, some places maybe a cm or 2 deep). Probably needs some plaster work in addition to paint.
Secondly, the chairs just broke. One chair needs the leg screwed back in and the other... let's just say it needs "tightening up."
Before the haters start with all the DIY business, let me just say this: I'll do it myself if there's no convenient number or service to call. Fixed up the last apartment I lived in and I'd honestly just rather throw money at it than deplete my elbow grease reserves. Thanks in advance.

there always some handy-man near no matter what apartments. You just need to take a walk around your blocks then you will find one.

handymans operate locally, they cover a couple of blocks, but not beyond. even if you find a good one and offer extra money he may not leave his yard:(
