"Visitors can also get their tax refunded in 33 shopping malls in the city. Spending over 500 yuan in one day at one place will qualify visitors for a an 11 percent refund, with a 2 percent commission fee."
Has anyone tried that trick? And does anyone know what the limits are budget and timewise? Of course I love the part about paying tax on trying to getting paid tax back. Classic
Getting a fine 9% back on 10k CNY would make waiting for the at this concrete hole a bit more bearable. On the other hand I wouldn't know of any goods I'd buy in the Chengdu malls before flying out. Any ideas?
