Most people might advise you about Sydney or Melbourn universities
However I would suggest Newcastle university for a few reasons.
The city is not as large or busy (laid back) like Chengdu lol.
You may find it easier to find placing at uni.
accomodation would be cheaper and more accesible.
There are a lot of Chinese students study in Newcastle and there are a few Chinese associations to assist you, besides the university help.
Sydney is only two hours by car or train if you want to visit.
We have many beautiful beaches,forest,parks and eating places.
