we're at 30 million passengers now, and that's before all these new international connections kick in. Shuangliu can't build anymore runways.

at a 10% annual growth rate chengdu'll reach the 80 million capacity within a decade. so the question is not "Is it necessary?", but more scary "Will it be enough?" or will they build yet another even bigger airport somewhere else.

giant seems to be the most solid of them all

all the other brands come second (rose, citify, etc), who seem to just copy each others designs

in your case you need a good battery 80 or 100V and a comfy seat (no bicycle seat), and good suspension as the roads thanks to the omnipresent constructions are bumpy. and get one with better breakes.

all plastic parts are likely to come off with time

if the battery is easy to take out it's likely to get stolen

and get a lock from your country if possible

My favorite performance on the Rock stage along with Extreme's, (but I missed Lego Johnson's).

Best act on the World stage for me was Haya, incredible voice and stage presence. I also like Shanren, Hanggai, IZ and Sainkho Namchylak.

actually if you just get tickets from those sketchy guys in front of the entrance you'd pay 150/day max first and last day as little as 50/60 kuai.

it's bs to announce 300 kuai tickets if you can get them for half the price right in front of the gate. Lower the official ticket prices and get rid of the little mafia in front of the gate

and yes morning bar deserves some credits.

Getting back without car/motorbike is a pain in the butt.

I saw 3 buses outside, but none was moving for half an hour (talking about shuttle buses).
Taxi drivers were asking up to 200 RMB to go back to the city and all refuse to use the meter. Complain to the police and calls to the taxi hotline were useless (oh big surprise).

Black cab took us to Yulin for 80/Exhibition Center for 100.

There is some free Barcardi Breezer opposite the Muse tent, and if you walk on behind the world stage and passing the camping site the Morning Bar has a nice little hippie setup with little DJ Stage and good/affordable Cocktails.

yepp I approve of the one in Chaotianmen, I've been there to check and consider staying there next time (or a home inn). But will never forget their 9/11 like pizza.

Unlike Chengdu (which is a hostel paradise compared to most cities in China) there are not many hostels in Chongqing anyways, so anyone has stayed in the Urban Trails Hostel in Yuzhong?
