yes, but for the language students they can choose to study for 6months or 1 yrs if he chooses 6months than he can pay half but if he chooses the 1yr than he must pay all the fees,so i think he can choose the 6months.with the 6months the school will give him or her only 6months visa extension, i think you know that?.
