I just had my hair done by Lain Guy himself. The cut was good but not at all what I asked for. I showed him a picture and then he did what he wanted.

The color is a DISASTER! For some reason we had a miscommunication. I am not sure how it happened but I asked for highlights— he said highlights— and I ended up with platinum blonde hair which does not compliment my warm skin tone at all. He left the roots brown. (close to an inch from my scalp!) I wanted to crawl into a hole and never come out again. After a few days, I returned to ask for him to fix it. He seemed dismayed. He genuinely thought that was what I wanted. He offered me a 50% discount and I said I had already paid a lot of money for something I did not want. He then complied and "fixed" it for free. I now have low lights in my white very very damaged hair. I guess that is as fixed as it is going to get for now.
