  I have a student visa from Sichuan uni and i want to change it to a tourist visa at the psb without leaving the country. is it possible? Has anyone done this before?

  I will change my student visa to a work visa which means I must leave mainland China. Can anyone tell me which is the most stress-free, least hassle and easiest place to do this? Has anyone got any experiences with either Hanoi, Vietnam or Hong Kong?
