  Hi invisible, I went to this area that you mentioned, but unfortunately most of the costumes are for Chinese performances and not really for Halloween. Thanks anyway. Has anyone else seen a place for halloween costumes?

  Does anyone know where to buy, or rent costumes here in Chengdu or on a chinese site that delivers?
  I check taobao and they have a few, but I remember last year I talked to some foreigners at a bar and they said they rented them here in Chengdu.
