those chicken burgs arent bad at all, i throw one down every once in a while when im on the go, beats Dicos anyday!
you can absolutely find authentic guitars in the shops near the music school (north gate) however the import tax on foreign brands makes them significantly more expensive than they would be in other countries. The tax on Ibanez is considerabley less, making them much better values. you can find cheaper squiers and epiphones some of which play better than others if your looking to get something to play, but if you want real Fenders and Gibsons go to HK or buy next time you go back home
I got to go to HK to get a new VISA, I don't have an invitation letter or any documents from an office but I want to get as long a visa as possible i.e. not one month tourist visa. i want 6 months or more if i can
can i buy an F visa? does anyone know a good place to do this in HK?
thanks, any help would be great
thanks a lot for the suggestions. that is the sort of area I had been thinking, good to know its realistic.
this might be a bit of a stupid question, but is there any chance i'd find any english speaking real estate agents, or am I going to have to try and magically negotiate this whole thing in my yet-to-exist mandarin?
realistically will I have to find someone who speaks mandarin and english to help me?
i dont really think its fair to blame the contents of the kitchen on the ayi nor is it fair to put her in the middle of the 'chinese ability to unabashedly comment on your weight vs western predilection for body issues and self consciousness' debate. i'm just sayin
