I have just finished my first semester at Sichuan University.
I also self-study, and am looking to study at a pre-intermediate level.
I am now working during the mornings.
I am looking for options to study Mandarin at night.
Does anyone know of any university programs that run in the evening?
Can anyone recommend any chinese language schools that run in the evening?
Or any other suggestions?
When I was living in Ningbo, I was led to believe by a few foreigners at a nearby university that some nationalities (Australia, US, Canada) could receive the first two years of their salaries tax-free.
It didn't really matter to me, because at the time my contract was only concerned with after-tax figures.
I have spoken to foreigners here and no one has heard anything about it.
Does anyone know anything about tax-free salaries for the first two years?
